In what do I believe?
Well, I believe that your faith is represented by your way of life. The choices you make. And your adherence to the responsibility that goes with those choices.
Many view faith in a different manner. They find it necessary to attach faith to religion. Where I attach faith to your way of life.
Religion in my opinion, is not productive, nor is it conducive to a better quality of life. Religion promises answers, that it never provides. Faith does not.
Religion is an organization that is ruled by a “governing body” and a “definitive set of rules.” Faith is not.
Religion corals individuals of similar faith into a controllable and definable organization. Faith does not.
Faith is independent and liberated. Religion is not.
So what do I believe? I believe in faith, not religion.
Do not mistake my beliefs. Because I don’t support religion, does NOT mean I have no faith.
My faith is my own. It is for me and no one else. Others may have faith that is similar but it is not the same as mine.
Some declare faith in one all powerful being. I find the need to have faith in many individual beings.
I am a minister of ALL faith. I have no desire to isolate any individual. I will not contain their faith to one religion.
I respect your beliefs as they are yours, and only you can know what faith is best for you.
I believe in virtues, among them are; Choice, Respect, Love, Courage, Responsibility, Truth, Honor, Discipline, Independence, Loyalty, and Fortitude.
These are the things that guide me in my life.
My gods have no power, they have only presence. I can LEARN from them, but they do not DIRECT me.
My faith promises no answers, it simply endeavors to provide suggestions on possible journeys.
I became a Minister to walk with individuals on the road in their own faith.
I do not direct them to any specific path. I simply accompany them and appreciate the beauty of the path they have chosen.
What came before? I do not know. What will come after? I will waste no time with hypothesis.
I choose to live NOW! I choose to live WELL! And I choose to absorb and enjoy all of the things that I encounter on my journey.
Some times will be good, some will be bad. But they will ALL provide knowledge and experience to assist me in my progression.
Live long, Love hard, Make mistakes, but experience everything.
Live free. Indulge in passion. And prostrate to no one.
Each faith is unique. Each faith is its own. And I wish each and every one of you, the very best from yours.
